Another contract Extension for Haven

Jacktel is pleased to announce that Equinor has extended the Draupner contract by another 6 weeks, until May 27, 2026.

Key information relating to cash dividend

February 25, 2026

The board of directors of Jacktel AS has resolved to distribute dividends of USD 0.02 per share, in accordance with the board authorization to distribute dividends granted by the annual general meeting of the Company held on 11 June 2025. The dividend shall be classified as repayment of paid-in capital for tax purposes.

Jacktel AS: Listing of bonds on Nordic ABM

Reference is made to the announcement made by Jacktel AS (the “Company”) on 29 September 2025 regarding the Company’s successful 4-year senior secured bond issue of USD 70 million with a coupon rate of 10% (the “Bonds”). Euronext Oslo Børs has approved the listing of the Bonds on Nordic ABM. The first day of trading in the Bonds on Nordic ABM will be today, 14 January 2026.
